CRBN HQ provides operational automation, custom tool development, and systems evaluation for businesses. Engagements are structured as monthly retainers.
Services are billed monthly via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH, and wire transfers. All fees are in USD.
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Any ongoing hosting, storage, or third-party service costs required by the tools we build are billed separately at cost.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts. Provide notice before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
All business data (pricing, customer lists, specifications, records) belongs to the client and is exportable at any time.
CRBN HQ retains ownership of all software, tools, and code developed during an engagement. Clients receive full access to the tools for the duration of the engagement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes pricing, customer data, trade secrets, and proprietary business processes shared during the engagement.
We use AI tools in our development, analysis, and delivery process. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed and refined by our team. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before use.
CRBN HQ’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
