CRBN HQ provides operational automation, custom tool development, and systems evaluation for businesses. Engagements are structured as monthly retainers.
Services are invoiced monthly. We accept ACH, wire transfers, and major credit cards. All fees are in USD.
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Most engagements run on client-owned accounts: the client pays hosting, AI usage, and third-party providers directly, and data and controls stay in the client’s hands. Where CRBN HQ hosts a build instead, hosting and third-party costs are included during the active engagement and shift to a maintenance arrangement once tools are stable.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts. Provide notice before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Your business data is yours. All data (pricing, customer lists, specifications, records) belongs to the client and is exportable at any time in standard formats.
Client-specific deliverables — the workflows, configurations, and documentation built for and delivered to a client during an engagement — belong to the client, and anything running on client-owned accounts stays with the client if the engagement ends.
CRBN HQ retains ownership of its tools, methods, frameworks, and code components, whether developed before or during an engagement. Where these appear in a client’s deliverables, the client has an ongoing license to keep using them there.
Engagements are not exclusive. CRBN HQ may build similar workflows and tools for other clients, and never uses one client’s confidential information in work for another.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes pricing, customer data, trade secrets, and proprietary business processes shared during the engagement.
We use AI tools in our development, analysis, and delivery process. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed and refined by our team. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before use.
CRBN HQ’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
